Various by Ann Demeulemeester-Serax
This collection of objects is the third that Ann Demeulemeester is releasing at Serax. It explores two ancient typologies - vase and lamp – in such a way that a new category was created from their merger: the vase lamp, which turns a flower into a light source. Or: how to sculpt with light.
dishes to dishes by glenn sestig
With Dishes to Dishes, architect and designer Glenn Sestig offers a range of creative and culinary options. Whether as plates or dishes, functional or purely decorative, individual or stacked. “ This collection easily adapts to any style of interior design” says Sestig, who relied on the basic form of his “Pleasure Dôme” for the creation of this brand new line for valerie_objects. “This form permits the elegant stacking of the bowls, where every base forms the lid of the lower one.”
Hanging lamps by Muller Van Severen
Although most design lovers know Muller Van Severen for their furniture, the design couple’s story actually kicked off with the conception of these hanging lamps. "It all started out of necessity." Hannes explains. "We were working in our new home which is an old house. A socket in the ceiling above the table was missing to plug in a light source, so we designed a lamp that could hang from the wall." Like all Muller Van Severen’s furniture, the hanging lamps add a sober but colorful line to the interior.
Laetitia
A futuristic and innovative style distinguish the Laetitia goblet line. The incredibly ultra-flat square foot harmonizes perfectly with the cylindrical shape of bowl. Meticulously mounth-blown and cut by hand.
Vangelis Bonios founded Studio Bonarchi four years ago in Athens, a boutique interior design agency based on creativity, on ideas and beliefs that reflect his personal vision on aesthetics, working with a team of designers and local artisans to design bespoke interiors with a strong visual impact. Constantly focusing on incessant research into texture, composition, colour, ambience and local history, Studio Bonarchi creates refined, timeless interiors and love-to-live-in spaces. Vangelis Bonios is an interior designer, curious by nature, striving for harmony and balance in every stage of his research. He holds a Master's degree in interior design that he obtained next to Pr. Patricia Viel, co-founder of "Antonio Citterio and Partners” in Milan. This cherished encounter gave Vangelis, at an early stage of his studies, the opportunity to acquaint himself with high-end international projects from the creator's point of view. Fine materials, simple and pure lines captured his attention from the very beginning of his work. During his fifteen-year partnership with Athenian agency "Zege Architects” as a head interior designer, he participated into large scale projects like "The Met Hotel”, a Design Hotels member, and "Astir Palace Resort ", next to other demanding projects like yachts’ interiors, private residences and restaurants like "Pere Ubu” and "Sea Spice” in Athens Riviera. "Kalesma” resort in Mykonos island and “ Charisma” hotel in Santorini are perfect examples of his work that reflect a certain sense of understated, low-key luxury, achieved through the use of fine materials and attention to detail, showing respect to context, local history and Greek tradition. With an open eye towards the global interior design scene, Vangelis Bonios approaches every project by exploring its intrinsic environment, always based on his love for the diverse vocabulary of interiors.
