For over 20 years we have been importing black pottery and other handmade/indigenous items from Colombia. All items are made following their cultures and traditions, using only natural materials.
The Black Pottery collection is entirely made by hand in the village of La Chamba, in the Department of Tolima in Colombia. 90% of the population of La Chamba lives from the production of red and black pottery. Our baskets come from the Colombian Amazon and are made by one of the last nomadic tribes in Colombia. We buy these and all other handmade items directly from the artisans. In this way, we contribute to the improvement of the social conditions in their villages and we can guarantee the authenticity of the products.
