Jonathan Ausseresse explores the principle of glass fusion. A mastered technique, it obeys precise laws but sometimes allows accidents to occur. An unexpected reaction, caused by a slight variation in temperature or composition, can sometimes give rise to unprecedented variations in form and colour. These rare and unique events arouse Jonathan's curiosity, which he cultivates in his research work: observing, understanding, then attempting to recreate those moments when the material deviates from the predictable.
