The National Taiwan Craft Research and Development Institute (NTCRI), under the Ministry of Culture, is committed to advancing Taiwanese craft culture and supporting the craft industry. Its core missions include research, innovation, brand promotion, and international collaboration. Since 2008, NTCRI has organized TAIWAN CRAFTS & DESIGN, showcasing contemporary Taiwanese craft and design at international trade fairs and presenting Taiwan’s craftsmanship and cultural identity on the global stage.
