Product description
Louis XVI rectangular armchair. Louis XVI style is distinctly feminine in contrast to Louis XV style which is simpler and more moderate. Against great weight and excess from previous styles, Louis XVI’s has a characteristic lightness and harmonious forms. In 1769, Louis Delanois created a new type of chairs as ones with rectangular back and “medallion form”, which has oval shape. In our model we have adopted some trendiness with the upholstered back.
