Product description

Alasht is a rug from Mazandaran Iran where they were originally created by artisan women back in the late 19th century.‎ The designs are based on minimalistic geometric patterns combined with stripes and varied colour combinations.‎ The designs make a minimalist alphabet which can be used in endless design combinations.‎ A visual treat of pattern and colours. In our pursuit for environmental sustainability we work with natural material, dyes and process.
