Product description
Harvested once a year at springtime, « Gyokuro » is also called “jade dew”. Gyokuro is the most prestigious tea from Japan. From a really fine selection, its tiny emerald green leaves are flat and long like pine needles. Its young and soft yellow infusion, with a pleasant taste, is releasing an intensive, fresh and distinctive flavour. Heaven tea…. to be enjoyed for any special occasion. Iced tea recipe: Infuse 4 teaspoons of Gyokuro in ½ a litre of simmering water (70° C). Leave to brew for 2-3 minutes and strain. Pour the resulting infusion into a jug filled with ice cubes.
