HOPE is a two-drawer dovetail box made with hand tools only.It all started with rough maple, walnut, cherry, and purple woods. Dimensioned and prepared with handsaws and hand planes. Through and half blind dovetails, grooves, mortise and tenons, and dados. All made with chisels, mallets, and handsaws. Finished with natural orange oil and beeswax. 50 hours of pure handwork. "It represents my Hope for a return of the real Handmade into high-end Cabinetmaking". Featured in issue 325 of Furniture and Cabinet Making Magazine.
