Black within black — and a single flame. A rectangular tealight holder, 10 cm high and 15 cm long, in ancient bog oak — from deposits radiocarbon-dated to around 7,500 years — with black resin. A monochrome form in which wood and resin differ only in texture and in the way they catch the light. A high gloss makes the flame reflect in the black as in still water. A minimalist object for interiors in shades of black, graphite and wood. The grain differs in every piece. ✦ Craftsmanship Handmade in the Zona di Lusso studio in Poland · Ancient bog oak in its natural, undyed black · Every piece has its own grain — small differences are a feature of the material, not a flaw ✦ Safety Never leave a burning candle unattended · Keep away from children, pets and flammable materials · Place on a stable, non-flammable surface ✦ Care Clean with a soft, dry cloth · Replace with standard Ø 37 × 17 mm tealights in metal cups Atelier In the Zona di Lusso atelier, we create unique interior furnishings and objects — dining tables, coffee tables, consoles, mirrors, decorative objects and forms designed for exceptional spaces.
