Forget all the usual constraints of an enclosed stairwell, and keep only the function: securing the passage from one floor to another. Our strategic catamaran nets, installed as vertical partitions, invent a new way of delimiting and securing a space without affecting the interior volume. Atelier d'architecture CALI designed this net staircase for a house in the Paris region, leading to the attic, which has been converted into a playroom. A clever design choice to let natural light circulate freely in this warm space.
