2018 LIVING DESIGN FAIR
The Living Design Fair calls professionals from all over the world in fields such as interior design, marketing, trend research, and culture. The fair gathers upwards of 210,000 participants annually. Companies such as Crown Goose, Dyson, and Fritz Hansen—leaders of major living industries participated in the exhibition showcasing exciting products and concepts. “Humans and beds are like a vertical and horizontal axis.” When we lie down on a bed, we position ourselves to be parallel to the bed – going from vertical to horizontal. However, we have proposed a new perspective; we made the bed stand vertically to position itself parallel to us. In the world of Vertical Hotel, the conceptual transformation of bed changes the way people look at beds. “Number of stars does not define a hotel – quality sleep does.” Vertical Hotel, together with various objects of art, restructured the concept of a hotel room. Crown Goose was selected as the representative of luxury wedding bedding realm at the special booth celebrating the 25th anniversary of a premium wedding magazine, My Wedding. For newly married couples dreaming of a fairytale-like wedding, Crown Goose and My Wedding collaborated to present a romantic bedroom. The fair included a section arranged for the lifestyle brands from representatives of the British Embassy and Finland Commerce and Trade. Crown Goose continues to present a variety of artworks and high-end lifestyles through the reinterpretation of art in daily serendipity.
