CUBEX ROOTS
A CUBEX kitchen in Brussels, where heritage meets contemporary living.
In the south of Brussels, within a house steeped in history, CUBEX delivers a rare project at the intersection of family legacy and contemporary design. The home was conceived as a family residence by Monique De Koninck, daughter of the original creator of CUBEX kitchens. Developed in close collaboration with architect Alain Delogne, the intention was clear: to honour the spirit of the place while meeting the expectations of modern living. The result is a C30 kitchen finished in “CIAMB” white, organised into three distinct sequences: a technical zone (water points, ovens, wine cellar and equipment), an elegant dishware buffet that discreetly conceals the heating system, and a central island with induction and integrated hood, extended by a generous high table for eight. A welcoming composition where past and present converse with quiet sophistication.
