Traditional future.

RONG means "to melt", we deconstruct traditional craftsmanship, before melting it into contemporary design. RONG is an exhibition spread over a 5-year cycle. The Chinese seal "SǔnMǎo" is a traditional system that allows to connect the wood, it is used on other materials, such as stone, bamboo and metal. Nowadays, as the logging is stopped, the materials are disappearing. In which direction will the contemporary design "SǔnMǎo" go?
