ATELIER AVÉUS*’s work is the result of deep research in iconic and symbolic references and combine the different areas of design and art. The result produces truly conceptual objects, whose functionality might become fully perceptible at a second glance. For this year’s edition of Maison et Objet, Morgane Roux, presents a series of furniture inspired by the wait. The installation, built as “small domestic scene” mixes strong colours, simple geometry and quiet atmosphere, leads us into an introspective mood of alienation and melancholy.
