NORMAL is an American / Japanese contemporary watch brand created by designer Ross McBride to express his own aesthetic, and thoughts on design. He has been greatly influenced by the pioneering mid-century American design, as well as the Japanese sense of minimalism, and craftsmanship. He believes that the products we choose for ourselves are extensions of us. They should act to reinforce our persona, not distract from it with superfluous decoration, and branding. NORMAL products are created for those who appreciate such subtlety, and have quiet confidence in their own design sensibilities.
