Vernaculario V is a unique textile work in which the surface gradually becomes volume. Carved fibers, folds and free elements compose a dense and moving form, at the border between tapestry and textile sculpture.Her palette combines aquatic tones with earthy and glowing shades. The various reliefs fragment the patterns and transform the perception of the work according to the light and the point of view. Made entirely by hand in France with wool from New Zealand, wool from Portugal and bamboo, the work combines manual tufting, fiber carving and knotted crochet.
