Offices for Arthur D. Little - strategy consultants Restructuring into offices of premises located in a heritage building in the city center. This project is located in the heart of downtown Beirut, in the highly regulated constituency of SOLIDERE, on the 5th floor of an old building with a traditional character dating from the time of the French protectorate. Renovated during the reconstruction of the city center after the Lebanese war, this building underwent a cleaning operation: the facade has been preserved but the slabs, the main structural framework and the vertical circulation have been rebuilt according to a contemporary construction method. offering spaces with few structural points and devoid of the load-bearing walls that were in use at the time of construction. This building has therefore been adapted to accommodate offices at all levels. Our client, ADL (an international agency specializing in strategy consulting) needed premises with flexible and / or versatile spaces to offer flexible use to members of its team, often called upon to travel in the region. We opted for an insulating glass partition, making it possible to keep a visual opening of the space while preserving the private aspect of each workstation. We have equipped the space with signage lighting to highlight all traffic areas, and general lighting dedicated to workspaces. The graphics and the range of colors used elegantly and soberly recall the identity of the company. The space includes: a main entrance with waiting area and management assistance, an open-space with a multitude of tables and computer stations in self-service, work / meeting rooms for two or three, a large conference room, a dining / rest area and a lounge work area.
