OBJECT STUDIO

Object Studio bridges the gap between the creative world of design and the technological world of manufacture. Producing furniture, commissions and installations from their studio and workshop in East London.

Object Studio was founded by Thomas Vaughan after graduating with a master’s degree from the Royal college of Art.  Trained originally as a cabinet maker he combines the traditional knowledge of wood craft with the digital methods of industrial design and manufacture. Over many years, the studio has developed design and fabrication techniques making complex forms possible, that were previously unachievable.
