Nourrie de la pleine conscience de ce qu’est un objet artisanal, dans sa conception quelquefois archaïque, dans son utilité quotidienne ou sa valeur esthétique, AS’ART est engagée dans la défense de l’artisanat, convaincue de son réel avenir durable.
AS’ART est née en 1991 d’un amour des matières et des savoir-faire. Notre offre délibérément orientée vers un concept de décoration d’intérieur global se compose de créations artisanales qui vont du mobilier en rotin à des luminaires (appliques, suspensions, lampes à poser), en passant par des pièces décoratives spectaculaires (vanneries, poteries, objets ethnographiques) et une collection en laine mérinos tricotée (plaids, jetés, coussins, tours de cou) fabriquée en France. AS’ART est installée dans un ancien moulin, à 70 km de Paris, un lieu unique dédié à nos clients professionnels.

Always in love with the Danish PH suspension lamps designed by Poul Henningsen for Louis Poulsen in the 1920's, and wanting to present objects born from this mix of North and South, Scandinavian style and "ethnic" style, it appeared that we could sublimate our basketry made of telephone wire by making lighting with pure lines
