Bates Smart designed the 35 Spring Street featuring luxurious detailing.

Australia-based design studio Bates Smart has a portfolio of award-winning architecture projects, that value the way people use and inhabit urban spaces. Their project 35 Spring Street is by far one of the greatest examples of their philosophy. In its interior, luxury apartments are created to resemble an urban sanctuary to allow guests a relaxing getaway from the city’s busy environment. The studio opts to combine rich and textural finishes with highly-crafted and bespoke detailing. In this project by Bates Smart, an enlarged Waterfall Suspension falls from the ceiling to enlighten the space with its exclusive layout. An elegant piece of art that combines gold plated brass and ribbed tubes of crystal glass to convey the feeling of a waterfall.
