Le Tai Ping Hou Kui est un thé vert produit dans la région de Montagne Huang, dans la province d'Anhui, et l'un des dix meilleurs thés verts de Chine. Il est connu en Chine sous le nom de "couronne des thés à feuilles pointues". Il se caractérise par ses bourgeons droits et gras, pointus aux deux extrémités. Son goût du est frais et moelleux, avec un arrière-goût sucré, et même en abondance, il ne sera jamais amer ni astringent. (Nez : parfum délicat d'orchidée et feuille séchée/Palais: saveur intense, florale, amertume du thé avec des notes sucrées en fin de bouche)
