Awarded "SIAL Paris Innovation" in 2006, these spices coated with chocolate were creted to accompany a glass of wine or champagne as an aperitif or used in cooking: on a meat or fish juste before servring, in a salad, on ice cream or sorbet at the end of meals. They are available in jar of 100g or in bulk in a kg bag to be re-pachaged or for catering.
