Lanificio Leo is the oldest Calabrian textile factory that continues to run a monumental fleet of late nineteenth century machines with which contemporary collections of textiles for the home and small fashion accessories are created. Founded in 1873, Lanificio Leo is one of the most significant examples of company-museum in which the logics of design-oriented production and values related to industrial heritage are integrated in a management model that combines "doing business" with cultural tools.
